Front Counter - Teller Capture
Front Counter-Teller Capture is an add-on teller capture solution that integrates with a bank’s existing teller software to provide capture technology to the front counter.
Teller Capture includes Receipt Manager which records transactions electronically and provides a printable receipt with images of deposit items.
Teller Capture highlights include:
• Teller Capture scans the deposits and retrieves the deposit information
• Multiple verifications are run on each deposit
• Once all necessary data is verified by the teller, the check data is sent to the regional capture cente.
• Transactions are balanced at the point of presentment
• Transactions are made available for downstream clearing and posting throughout the day
• If an error or fraud is detected, the teller is notified and can fix the problem or cancel the transaction while the customer is present
